Great location but noisy at night
During my stay, I appreciated the fantastic location just a short walk from the tube, making it easy to explore London. The room was clean, surprisingly so for the price, and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. the noise from the nearby railway line made it challenging to rest well at night.

The cleanliness clearly left a lot to be desired!!! With creaky beds held together by wood and showers that spray everywhere, some serious upgrades are necessary!!!

The hotel's charming Victorian architecture added a lovely touch, making it feel cozy and inviting, perfect for a senior like me. Plus, the easy access from the tube made it a breeze to explore London!
Improve soundproofing for a better night's sleep.

I had a great time with friends during our stay. We visited the Royal Albert Hall and enjoyed a fantastic tour. The kids had fun at the museum too! Just remember to manage your expectations regarding cleanliness and water pressure in the rooms.
The only downside was the noise from the railway line. it was quite disruptive at night, making it hard to sleep.

If you're after incredible local eats, you're in for a treat! The King's Head serves up a proper pub vibe with classic British fare that hits the spot. And don’t miss the delightful Afternoon Tea at Park Grand – pure bliss! Plus, being in a fab location makes it a breeze to explore all that London has to offer.
The Comfort Double Room was shockingly tiny, barely enough space to get in and out of bed! The stains and grime made it feel like a dodgy dive rather than a hotel. And seriously, the bathroom reeked – not the elegant London getaway I was after!

The stay went fairly well, especially given the fantastic location just moments away from the tube station. I enjoyed the cleanliness of the room and how comfortable the bed was, which made for a good night's rest. the bathroom setup could use some improvement, particularly with the weak shower pressure and the awkward layout of the sink. it's a great spot if you're looking to explore nearby attractions like the Science Museum and Kensington Gardens.

The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from the nearest tube station, making it convenient for exploring the city. the room was cramped, with a harsh mattress that made sleep uncomfortable. Noise from passing trains was intrusive, especially with the window needed for ventilation as the room felt uncomfortably warm. the bathroom had a persistent odor and awkward fixtures that made washing difficult.

Ideal for a tight budget group trip
The shower was surprisingly good, plenty of hot water, just what I needed after a long day. The staff were friendly and allowed us to leave our bags there till check-in. nice touch.
It wasn't exactly a steal, but it was still acceptable for what we needed.

Great spot for the tube!
Location was awesome, literally a 5-min walk to the train station. Super handy for getting around London. The room was just okay, enough space for a solo traveler. I enjoyed some food nearby. But seriously, the bed had bugs! Totally grossed out, couldn’t sleep at all. Luckily, I only stayed for 2 nights.
